| dc.description.abstract | Office layout is the arrangement of the room as well as the arrangement of office equipment and furniture according to the available floor area that can provide employee satisfaction and comfort while working so that the office is not only a place to store equipment, but also can make employees and guests who come feel comfortable with the office space. . Space planning is a continuous activity. Rearrangement of office space needs to be done if the existing layout hinders employees from doing work, and the layout needs to be refreshed so that it is not dirty, monotonous, or boring for employees. The organizational structure has grown complex and job descriptions are increasingly requiring more new employees to occupy them, so the office layout must be able to support these changes. One of the factors that affect employee productivity at work is office layout. Every employee wants a workspace that can provide security, convenience, and comfort to themselves while working. For this reason, a good arrangement is needed starting from the placement of all the equipment and office furniture needed to the arrangement of the physical environment of the room.
