Strategy is essentially planning and management to achieve goals. The focus of this research is how the Public Relations strategy is in restoring the good image of the Tanjung Morawa Health Center. The background of this paper is that in business or social institutions a publication media is needed which can greatly assist companies in disseminating information and forming a good name and image of the company. At present the development of the media is quite rapid, with the advancement of technology, it also has an impact on the advancement of information media. Not only print and electronic media, but there is already social media that can easily reach an audience quickly, broadly, easily and cheaply. There is no need to pay more to print brochures, posters or advertise in national newspapers and advertise on television, which costs quite a lot
This can make it easier for small or social institutions or companies to do publications. Thus the role and function of a Public Relations can be helped and can be seen. This is also used by the Tanjung Morawa Inpatient Health Center in publishing every activity through social media such as Instagram and Facebook.
