dc.description.abstract Instant noodles are food products made from wheat flour or wheat flour with or without the addition of other food ingredients and permitted additives. Instant noodles are popular because of their delicious taste, practical cooking methods and also affordable prices. At Elvi Shop, instant noodles are one of the products that are often sold. However, sales of instant noodle products at Elvi's shop are uncertain. This is because instant noodles are often an alternative food if people are reluctant to cook. The problem that occurs is that Elvi's shop has not been able to determine the stock of instant noodles to be stored which will then be sold more to the public. Therefore, to minimize losses and maximize profits, a prediction system for instant noodle sales is needed in the months to come. The method that can be used is the Least Square method which is processed based on sales trends. Based on the prediction results of instant noodles with the Least Square method on sales data for the period January 2022 to August 2022, the prediction results obtained the highest accuracy of 99% and the lowest accuracy of 85%.
