dc.description.abstract Information technology has developed, one of which is content creator activities. At this time, many content creators have used social media as their marketing but there are obstacles, namely the incomplete information provided by content creators and the public must search for one by one social media owned by content creators, and the length of the process of searching for content creators. The strategy process model for the design of E-Marketing uses SOSTAC development and the different stages that will be involved in the marketing strategy from strategy development to implementation. The system is implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The analytical technique used is the SOSTAC method. System development using extreme programming and design using UML. The result of this study is an E-Marketing content creator system using the SOSTAC method. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based content creator E-Marketing system. This system will be tested using the Black Box method. The application of the E-Marketing content creator system uses the SOSTAC method which can provide output from the E-Marketing design which greatly helps facilitate the search for content creators in Indonesia and helps promote them on www.contentcreatorindonesia.com.
