This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction through
employee engagement and to determine the effect of employee empowerment on job satis-
faction through employee engagement. The population in this study were 120 employees of
PT. Astra International Tbk. - Astra Isuzu Medan (SM Raja Branch). The analysis technique
used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the self-efficacy had a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by employee engagement. The employee empo-
