dc.description.abstract Grand Mekar Sari is a strategically located housing estate where housing is located in a densely populated neighborhood. So far, in marketing residential properties, they still rely on brochures and banners. All of these media have limitations in conveying information to the wider community because they are only limited to certain locations and of course are very ineffective in expanding the reach of market segmentation. And use social media as a promotional medium. From these problems, a web-based marketing and home loan information system is needed so that it can help the marketing department in marketing activities at Grand Mekar Sari Park housing. As well as making it easier to process sales data, bookings, house stock and reports. The system development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD).
