| dc.description.abstract | PT. Angkasa Pura Persero has a number of employees with a variety of different ethnic backgrounds. The employees ethnic at PT. Angkasa Pura Persero more Bataknese and Javanese. This can also be seen from the number of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Persero. The performance value of Bataknese ethnic employees in general is that they consider work as a process that requires perseverance and work as a form of worship moreover. The performance value of the Bataknese group is inseparable from the culture that has been planted for generations where there is a more high-responsibility nature and is diligent in working and daring to criticize a job that he does. This is different from the performance values of the Javanese who are generally more resilient at work, where they have a diligent and hardworking nature in carrying out their work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of commitment and individual culture on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) II KNIA Branch. The number of samples in this study were 243 people using the Slovin technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that commitment influences employee performance, individual culture influences employee performance and commitment and individual culture influences employee performance simultaneously. | en_US |
