Roads are transportation facilities that make it easier for local people to interact with the surrounding environment, both in the social, economic, and cultural fields. The smooth flow of traffic will greatly support the economic development of an area such as Deli Serdang Regency, especially on the Pasar 7 road, Hamparan Perak District. The evaluation aims to know the parameters for improvement on the pasar 7 road of Hamparan Perak district sta. 0+000 – 2+000. The calculation method is one of the factors in designing a new pavement thickness. There are several methods of design pavement thickness including flexible hardness thickness on new roads, but in this research the method use Manual pavement design. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how much the thickness of the flexible pavement using the Road Pavement Design Manual method and find out the difference in results with the planning consultant using the 1993 AASHTO method get the result surface layer of 6 cm, class a foundation layer of 23 cm thick, class B 15 cm, and a selection of 10 cm thick. After evaluation using the Pavement Design Manual Method. Get the result surface layer of 10 cm thick, class A foundation layer of 40 cm thick, and a selection of 10 cm thick. From the calculation results, a significant difference in pavement arrangement is obtained between the results of the plan consultant and the results of the researcher's evaluation.
