This study aims to develop a simulation application specifically designed for monitoring and evaluating the performance of public service delivery at the district or city level. The application includes online questionnaires or forms filled out by each regional agency as a means of data collection. The data received will first be evaluated by the system before being forwarded to the central authority. The system also allows for the daily monitoring of regional agencies remotely, enabling performance progress to be tracked on periodic. The layout and operation of the system can be managed and controlled remotely, ensuring that each regional agency receives feedback and suggestions from evaluators to improve their service quality. This system was developed using the prototype method, which allows for iterative development based on user feedback. Therefore, this application is expected to become an effective tool for continuously improving the quality of public services across various regions.
