The web-based e-ticketing reservation system for land transportation is a solution to improve efficiency in ticket booking and passenger management. In this study, the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm is applied to organize the ticket booking queue fairly based on the order of arrival time of the request. System analysis is carried out to identify functional and non- functional requirements, including database analysis used to store ticket and user information. The implementation of this system is carried out by testing the hardware and software to ensure that the system works optimally and efficiently. This system provides convenience for users in booking tickets and provides important input for managers in improving service quality. The methods used in this study include system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The FIFO algorithm is applied in the system to ensure that customers who make early reservations get priority in the queue, so as to minimize the risk of ticket backlog and increase user satisfaction. This system is developed using web-based technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL as databases. The test results show that this system is able to improve efficiency in ticket reservation management, reduce physical queues, and provide a better user experience. The implementation of this system is expected to be a solution for land transportation companies in improving digital ticket booking services.
