Nantulang chip SMEs are one of the SMEs engaged in the manufacture of cassava chips. Nantulang chip MSME products market their chips around the city of Medan and outside the city of Medan. To produce MSME products, Nantulang chips involve many parties, starting from suppliers, shipping services, and workers. Production activities in SMEs are processing raw goods into cassava chip products. Nantulang chip SMEs have problems related to the MSME supply chain, where until now the supply chain performance measurement management system is still not optimal. The measurements taken are still functional-based where the measurements are carried out in each part of the nantulang chip SMEs. The solution to this problem is being sought by measuring and improving the performance of the MSME supply chain. The research method used is action research. Problem solving is done using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) approach. From the results of measuring the performance of the supply chain using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, there is a yellow category which indicates that the performance of the MSME supply chain for Nantulang chips as a whole has not achieved the expected performance even though the results are close to the target set.
