| dc.description.abstract | Secretarial communication skills at the Main Multi Competency Institutions in communicating will be very visible in the success of the secretary in communicating with many parties in business organizations such as with leaders, employees, company partners, government bureaucrats, customers/consumers. The success of the secretary in communicating clearly becomes a good image and mirror which is of high value to the company, especially the leaders who are accompanied by secretary. Directly or indirectly, the greatness of the secretary in communication becomes positive energy for leaders, this happens because of the quality secretarial communication in carrying out their duties, both routine and his incidental tasks are able to make the leader satisfied and proud. Leadership satisfaction and pride is felt because it is based on work results quality secretary, namely on time, complete data, accurate, organized, clear, making it easy for leaders and right to make decisions. Quality of leadership decisions in Multi Competency Institutions the main thing clearly determines trust and cooperation with many parties, so quality good decisions by minimizing errors or zero errors when implementation of decisions in the operational realm of business organizations will bring profit impact for the company.
