| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the application of dynamic archive management at PT. Bank Sumut Tembung Branch Office that has been optimal. The role of archives is very important for the continuity of an organization, namely as written evidence of activities and serves as a guide for decision making, then archives must be stored with a systematic and effective storage system, so that archives that are stored and when needed can be easily found again. The research method used in this final project is a qualitative method and deductive problem solving. The qualitative method is a problem approach method based on a description that is not in the form of numbers or gains an in-depth understanding. Deductive problem solving is by examining general topics related to the discussion taken from library materials and then drawing specific conclusions.
