dc.description.abstract This research was conducted at the Leadership Administration Bureau of the Governor's Office of Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of life balance and performance of employees of the Leadership Administration Bureau of the Governor's Office of Sumatra Province, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was 55 employees. The method for determining the sample in this research is to use a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique by determining certain criteria. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work life balance partially influences employee performance at the Leadership Administration Bureau of the Sumatra Province Governor's Office. Simultaneously, work life balance has an influence on employee performance at the Leadership Administration Bureau of the Governor's Office of Sumatra Province.en_US
