Selling fish is one of the business activities that has been carried out since ancient times. Fish is one of the most abundant natural resources in Indonesia, so it is a very important food ingredient for Indonesian people. In addition, fish also has high nutritional value and is low in fat, so it is in great demand by people who are concerned about health. One of the companies engaged in the fish distribution sector, namely the Asahi Sibolga company, Asahi Sibolga is a fish catcher from fishermen that they got while sailing and then sold it to the company. Then the company will sell fish that have been bought from fishermen and distributed to cities such as traditional markets and supermarkets in cities, especially the city of Medan. However, fish companies must also pay attention to the policies and regulations that apply in the fishing industry. This includes strict monitoring and inspection requirements in terms of fish processing and handling, as well as regulations regarding the environment and marine resources that fish companies must comply with. The results of this study the implementation of the B2B method in selling fish has great potential to increase cooperation. This enables mutually beneficial collaboration in expanding markets and optimizing fish distribution
