Deli Serdang Regency is located in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. With an area of around 2,622.20 square kilometers, this district is one of the largest in the province. The district capital is Lubuk Pakam and is directly adjacent to Medan City with a population of around 2,635,645 people in 2020. With the population density of Deli Serdang Regency, problems occur such as roads in this district often experience damage due to factors such as high traffic volumes, extreme weather, and sub-optimal maintenance. Departing from the problems above, applying the MFEP (Multi-Factor Evaluation Process) Method to determine the priority road repairs that have the most priority to be repaired. The results of this study have an impact on the use of the MFEP method in ensuring that decisions about road improvement priorities are based on solid and objective data. This reduces the risk of decisions being based on subjective approaches or assumptions.
