One of them is the Wedding Organizer industry, which is currently increasing and growing every year, this triggers a situation where users experience difficulties in finding and choosing a Wedding Organizer that suits their needs. To overcome the above problems, one of them is with a mechanism that can filter and provide information or recommendations according to user tastes based on ratings or reviews from previous users who have the same tastes (user-neighbor). This mechanism is known as a recommendation system. One method that discusses the recommendation system is the collaborative filtering method. The collaborative filtering method is defined as a process of filtering or evaluating items using the opinions of others.
