Information technology is a process that starts from obtaining data to processing and analyzing it so that it is stored in various ways to create or generate high-quality information. Currently, the development of information technology is rapid and fast, including in Indonesia itself. Therefore, this research explores the design of a website- based information system, "Medan Wedding Organizer," which aims to facilitate couples in Medan in efficiently searching, selecting, and booking wedding organizer services. Information technology is used as a tool to acquire, process, and analyze data to generate quality information. The rapid advancement in information technology has created new business opportunities, such as marketplaces with numerous vendors and the rapidly growing wedding organizer industry.Data analysis is conducted through data collection from literature studies, interviews, observations, and profiles of Wedding Organizer services. The system design uses the prototyping method, involving customers in every stage of design, resulting in a system that meets customer needs. This system is tested using the black-box testing method, which identifies issues or errors without considering its internal structure. The testing results show that the system meets various expected criteria, including a good interface and suitable functionality.The discussion reveals that the system aims to simplify service providers in promoting their products and providing information to customers. Although the system has been successful, there is still room for improvement, such as adding features and implementing stricter validation for seller inputs. In the future, the development of a mobile-based system is expected to enhance the performance and accessibility of this system.
