Medan City Merdeka Walk Revitalization Activities require a sizable budget in its implementation. This is due to the large amount of work being carried out on the Revitalization of Merdeka Walk in Medan City. Because of that, there is a basic desire to carry out activities to minimize budget costs in the Medan City Merdeka Walk Revitalization work. This activity is carried out by minimizing the mix design of one of the betching plants used in bored pile foundation work. This activity aims to plan a mix design as an evaluation material from the previously planned mix design and examine the actual compressive load received by the test object after minimizing activities. The results of this study found that the results of the cube test objects did not meet the required concrete quality requirements, while the cylindrical test objects met the concrete quality requirements required by K350 concrete.
