The use of added materials is one of the alternatives used to obtain good pavement quality, environmentally friendly and economical. Solar is one of the added ingredients that can be used in asphalt rejuvenation, this utilization is used to reduce asphalt waste so that it can still be used. This study aims to determine the effect of using diesel modified asphalt on stability and flow values. This research obtained results in the form of polymer modified asphalt which has a high stability value so that it can improve the quality of road construction or repair. The method used was an experiment, in which 15 test objects were made using asphalt pen 60/70 to determine KAO, after the KAO value was obtained, diesel fuel was mixed with variations of 1%, 2%, and 3%. From this research, the stability and flow values for the diesel fuel mixture at 1% diesel obtained a stability value of 956.174 kg and a flow of 3.91 mm. At the addition of 2% diesel, a stability value of 963.869 kg and a flow of 3.72 mm was obtained. At the addition of 3% diesel obtained a stability value of 980.030 kg and a flow of 3.58 mm. as the variation of the mixture increases, the Stability and Flow values increase even more so, the percentage of adding Diesel fuel at 1%, 2%, 3%, The stability and flow values meet the general specifications of 2010 (revision 3), where the stability value has a minimum ≥ 800 and a minimum flow value 2 and maximum 4. From the results of the Solar mixed marshall test, which starts from a variation of 1% to 3% in terms of marshall parameters and data processing, the variation used as the optimum bitumen content in Solar added material is a variation of used oil 2% and 3% .
