Sanggar Pelita is an education-oriented social community in Medan. Information about Sanggar Pelita can only be seen through Instagram as a medium of information. Every time a big work program will be held, Sanggar Pelita will open volunteer registration. The volunteer registration process is always carried out manually, namely, by coming directly to the studio, filling out the registration form, then the prospective volunteer collects the registration form and the necessary files to the person in charge of volunteer registration activities. This manual method often results in the accumulation of files and loss of files. With this information system, further data management will be easier and more efficient. With this system, participants can also make donations and collaborate. The purpose of this research is to find out how to design and create a website-based volunteer registration information system, and the method used in software development is the waterfall method. The results of this study are the use of a registration information system can provide convenience for participants in obtaining information and easily registering as a new member of the community and for community managers can be easily and built using several programming languages. Using PHP, CSS, Javascript and Mysql to store data from input entered by participants.The tool used to create a volunteer registration information system at Sanggar Pelita based on this website uses Visual Studio Code for the coding process.
