Controlling costs and time on a project is very necessary so that a project is able to estimate costs so that they are as planned and can complete the project on time. The time control method used in this research is the Earned Value Analysis method. This research aims to analyze the performance of the HKBP Resort Aek Kanopan Sunday School Building Construction project, North Labuhan Batu Regency. The benefits of this research can increase knowledge regarding performance evaluation and control of costs and time on profits for project holders. Based on the analysis carried out, the results of the time performance have the remaining period equal to the end of the reporting period, so the estimated project completion schedule (ETS) is 26 weeks, so that the project is completed on time according to plan. Meanwhile, when the cost performance analysis has the remaining period costs equal to the end of the reporting period, the estimated cost to complete the project (EAC) is IDR. 2,662,569,000.00, so that the costs incurred are in accordance with the planned budget.
