dc.description.abstract In this technological era, the learning system does not only conduct direct learning between teachers and students monotonously. But by taking advantage of the increasingly advanced times, researchers can design a web-based arithmetic quiz game that can help the learning process of students to be more interesting in arithmetic learning. This quiz game contains 10 questions per level and in this quiz game there are 3 levels, where level one contains addition and subtraction operations, level two contains multiplication and division operations and level three contains addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operations. In this quiz game, it only starts from level one first and to be able to proceed to the next level, users must get a minimum score of 70. The quiz game applied to the Google platform can be played by students to train students' thinking and counting speed. The method used in designing this quiz game is the forward chaining method which is used to determine the wrong and correct answers and at the time to raise the level of the question. The final result of the quiz game application will display grades, correct answers and how to solve the questions. Keywords : game quiz, arithmetic, forward chaining en_US
