Advances in information technology (IT) are now experiencing very rapid developments that can be utilized in the world of business or trade. The purpose of research is to produce web-based applications for planting seed supplies and obtain information on plant seed stock data efficiently and accurately with the web application. A system built to make it easier for admins to record available stock. Processing data and information that is very fast, precise and efficient is an important thing needed by business people such as nursery businesses on Reranaba plantations. So that activities can run more effectively. So that the time needed to find supply data is not too long. The design of this information system goes through several stages, starting with design, system analysis, model design with UML and finally by designing an information system using a MYSQL database and PhP programming language.this study collected data by means of interviews and direct observation. The system method used in the development is the waterfall model. Waterfall is usually called a sequential linear or classic cycle model.
