Dairi Regency is one of the tourist attractions located in North Sumatra Province, the capital is located in Sidikalang sub-district, which has an area of around 2.69% of the area of North Sumatra Province with a population of 321,546 people. Dairi Regency has recently become one of the most visited tourist attractions by the people of North Sumatra. This is because it is very close to Lake Toba, but in this district there are very few Muslims. The majority of the population in this district is 84% Christian, but with the population being almost Christian, Muslim tourists who want to visit the Dairi Regency area find it very difficult to find halal food places and places of worship. With these problems in mind, the author designed a research in the form of a simple halal tourism application to make it easier for Muslim tourists to travel to the Regency. This application can provide information about tourism, places to eat and places of worship in Dairi Regency. The method used in this research is the Watefall method.
