Queuing is an event that is often encountered in everyday life. Waiting in front of the counter to get a ticket, waiting for refueling, waiting for the gate on the toll road, and several other waiting cases are often encountered or may be experienced. The regional head elections in every region in Indonesia have a very large response from the community and the enthusiasm of the community to choose one of the candidates for the regional head they want, on the findings that each TPS (polling place) does not have a good queuing system because there is no use. queue application system at each TPS. The single channel or single phase method aims to find an effective resolution of queuing cases with one queue and one service. Poisson distribution and Exponential distribution play an important role in queue analysis.
