dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, to find out organizational justice towards organizational commitment, to find out work motivation on organizational commitment, to find out work discipline on organizational commitment, and to find out competency simultaneously on organizational commitment at PT Telkomsel Distributor Center Independent Power Roots. The population in this study amounted to 117 people, and the sample used is a saturated sample, where all members of the population are used as samples, namely all employees of PT Telkomsel Akar Daya Mandiri Distributor Center, who have permanent employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokedasticity test. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that simultaneously organizational culture has no significant effect on organizational commitment because it has a coefficient value of tcount> ttable 0.320> 1.658 at a significant 0.750 <0.05, while organizational justice does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment because it has coefficient value of tcount> ttable - 1.403> 1.658 at significant 0.163 <0.05, while work motivation has a significant influence on organizational commitment because it has a coefficient of tcount> ttable 3.472> 1.658 at significant 0.001> 0.05, while work discipline has a significant influence on organizational commitment because it has a coefficient value of tcount> ttable, 4.346> 1.658 at significant 0.000> 0.05, while Competence has no significant effect on organizational commitment because it has a coefficient value of tcount> ttable 0.749> 1.658 at significant 0.456 < 0.05. R Square that is equal to 0.440 and the sis as large as 64% can be explained by other variables studied. en_US
