dc.description.abstract |
This study aims to determine whether organizational climate and organizational culture affect organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT Berjaya Group. The analytical technique used is path analysis as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and to justify how significant the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable is either directly or indirectly through the mediating variable. The total population in this study amounted to 184 people and 126 samples were used using the saturated sampling method, namely the sample which also represented the total population.
The results show that organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior. , Organizational commitment can not mediate the influence of organizational culture on Organizational citizenship behavior .
