At this time information technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used ranging from Online Shop, E-Learning, college portals, company profiles, and others. The more the times, the faster the technology and the easier it is to be accessed or used by users. State and private universities have implemented information technology such as the use of academic systems, digital libraries, and repository information systems, this is because universities have followed the development of increasingly developing technology. The information systems study program at Universitas Harapan Medan is currently collecting practical work files and final assignments using the manual method. Where the storage process is still using cupboards, for that we need a repository system that can store final project files and practical work done online.
