dc.description.abstract Heat treatment has a good to increase tension ,refline crystal grains,increasing violence,increasing the volltage drop of metals.This Study aims to improve the quality of steel SKD 11 Stainess Steel belong SKD 11 TOOL STEEL WITH Carbon and high chromium,alloys with other elements that vanadium and molybdenum most of skd 11 steel used in appliances that require high wear resistance.Most of skd 11 Steel used for cold working process ( cold working ) example of blanking dies and machining proceses.Due to the process of hardening of the steel SKD 11 ,the tension arises and fragile ,so the fertilizer is to be done fuether process,tempering.Steel SKD11 received treat heating,hardening temperatures 12000C,Hardeness test results between 167 to 232,2 HV.en_US
