Until now the data collection of goods and sales is still done manually, by writing on a book. In fact, computers have been used to collect sales data, however, only in the form of excel files. Before the data is written on the computer, the data is first written on the book manually and then entered into the computer. In this way, owners and employees may not encounter significant difficulties, however, it is recognized that the error rate in calculating the number of goods and also in writing sales data is quite high . In addition, the way of writing goods data and sales data manually seems slow and wastes a lot of time and effort. This system will be applied to PT. SINAR MAS Medan which is engaged in the repair of four-wheeled vehicles or cars. In the general repair process, the workshop will make a request for goods to the warehouse first, which will then be checked by the warehouse by validating the request at the office, then checking the availability of goods, making a letter of request for goods, reports of goods coming out, and also recording usage. goods. This is still done in the form of a manual system which basically will definitely take a long time to work on.
