The ability to complete the industrial sector in Indonesia is growing or UMKM are required to furher improve quality and service to increase attractivenessto consumers. PT. Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh is a company engaged in processing palm oiln into cooking oil and soap. Inadequate input control due to erratic demand from consumers cuases productivity to fluctuate every month which causes problems on the production floor at PT. Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh. Therefore, an approach was taken using OMAX(Objective Matrix) and FTA(Fault Tree Analisys). By calculating all related inputs on the production floor, it is obtained that in November the highest value 417,86 and march with the lowest value is 121,52.
