In the era of globalization, the role of composite materials with good quality has been widely used as
household appliances or special engineering materials. Composite materials are widely used for coating
motorcycle bodies for electronic devices and so on. In this study, the authors examined one of the composite
materials made of knaf fiber. A very important problem to research on this knaf fiber is in terms of its
strength. This research method is to look for the impact strength data recorded in the table. The material is
formed with a rectangular shape with the following sizes 80 / 20,70 / 30.60 / 40,50 / 50,40 / 60. By
measuring these details the impact strength of the specimen will be tested. Furthermore, the strength results
of several kinds of details are taken the strength data and then entered in a data table. Then the results of
the data are made of various kinds of characteristics according to the specifications. From several types of
these characteristics it can be concluded that long fibers have data greater than short fibers. The long fiber
section is in the 80/20, 60/40, 50/50 and 40/60 details, while the short fiber section is in the 70/30 detail.
The analysis result shows that the strength of the knaf fiber is owned by the type of fiber length
