An ornamental garden is a garden that contains various kinds of ornamental plants including all plants, either in the form of herbs, vines, shrubs, shrubs, or trees, which people deliberately plant as components of a garden, home garden, room decorator, ceremony, make-up / clothing components, or as a component of a garland. Cut flowers can also be included as an ornamental plant. The ability of the viewer media to attract people's attention can be used by someone to convey their wishes, whether they want to entertain others, or just to provide information, so that not only information in the form of writing can be displayed to others, but can also be in the form of graphics or images. One of the media that can fulfill the above elements is the creation of an animated LED light. Flash can be applied to create cartoon animation, interactive animation, animation effects, advertising banners, websites, games, presentations, and so on. Manipulation of day length for decorative gardens, namely in the use of light sources, has been widely used by ornamental garden farmers.
