dc.description.abstract The development of increasingly mature technology encourages ideas to create tools that facilitate work activities such as gardening. Based on this, an Automatic Irrigation System was created. Automatic Irrigation System is a watering system for gardening activities consisting of a series of device and monitoring applications that are connected to the internet. This system was built to facilitate one of the gardening activities, namely watering the plants. The system is designed by applying the IoT (Internet of Things) technology so that a series of monitoring device and applications can communicate or so-called M2M (Machine to Machine) communication. In the monitoring application there is a choice of how to work a series of device that is automatically and manually. In the automatic option, the device circuit will work automatically by detecting the humidity value, if the humidity value is below the minimum value specified in the program then watering will be carried out until the optimum humidity value is reached. Whereas in the manual option, the series of device works according to user command input through application monitoring in the form of a touchscreen on / off button.
