dc.description.abstract From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon that occurs within the company is that employees often delay their work which must be quickly completed, so that the work will become a burden for the next day's work. This is what must be continually improved by the company so that in the future a good organizational culture will be even better which will certainly have an impact on employees' commitment to their organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics to strengthen servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Sucofindo Medan. The number of samples in this study amounted to 103 people using population sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results of the study show that the characteristics of work have an effect on strengthening servant leadership's influence on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has the effect of weakening the influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment. en_US
