In the current pandemic, children spend a lot of time studying online or online who use more smartphones. Moreover, this online learning children use many gadgets just to play games until they forget the time and forget to learn. What makes a negative impact on the use of technology in early childhood is the onset of children's lazy feelings to learn. From the problems found above this final task makes a media application habituation memorizing short surahs of the Qur'an based on Android. With this interactive media can make the learning process efficient and effective. The goal of making the medium of memorizing short Surahs of the Qur'an based on Android can provide convenience for early childhood (4-5 years) in learning and memorizing short surahs more easily. The author makes a medium with an attractive appearance so as to add to the child's sense of interest and love to learn and memorize the short surahs of the Qur'an.
