The development of technology in the present must be in line with the world of education, so that systematic learning in the world of education is more interesting or not monotonous from time to time. One of the problems that occur in the world of education is in terms of conveying learning. Physics lessons have a wide variety of basic materials that must be understood with a limited meeting time. That creates obstacles for teachers in conveying all the learning materials of kepler law. With the Integlligent Tuttoring System (ITS)) which is a development of technology in the present that ( uses android and computers. Because androoids and computers can have a positive impact in the process of self-study on students. The purpose of the kepler law learning application with the android-based intelligent tutoring system method is to make it easier for students to understand kepler laws.
