The development of the internet as a medium for delivering information has also changed the form and process of transferring data from physical to digital. awareness of future events increases, and as a result, the need for prediction increases. The most common example is, of course, the accuracy of the weather forecast, with which we can make some decisions, such as preparing for the expected rainy season. And there are many more examples of forecasting that we often encounter. In terms of the digital world, especially wifi service providers (Wireless Fidelity) in Indonesia, there are many providers available, one of which is the indihome provider. Indihome itself is a subsidiary of Telkom which is engaged in network and telecommunication services, especially wifi, the problem that occurs at this time is that the company is still having difficulty predicting the number of customers who want to install indihome wifi, as a result, errors often occur in determining the target customers you want to achieve. For this reason, a forecasting technique is needed to predict the number of new customers in wifi installation. There are several forecasting methods that can be used, one of which is the Time series method, it is hoped that later this method can implement applications that have been built to produce predictions for the following month, using data from the company PT. Telkom Access (STO Simpang Lemonade).
