Naga Timbul Village is a village located in Tanjung Morawa sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, so far, in applying for village funds, it is still using a manual, namely using excel then printed and then the document is submitted to the regional head. From the method of work that has been explained, the performance carried out by the village is less effective, because in advanced times like now, the Naga village does not yet have a system for submitting village funds. For this reason, the author builds an application for submitting village funds by utilizing serverside in accelerating the loading process of the Village Fund page, which is defined as funds originating from the state budget (APBN) which are intended for villages to be channeled through the district / city regional income and expenditure budgets and funds. These funds will later be used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment in the village. The purpose of this research is to implement Server-Side as a medium to speed up the page on the village fund application and the result is that the server-side application has been successfully implemented. on applications that produce quite a lot of data processing acceleration.
