In industrial developments, especially in the field of machining, metallurgical technology plays an important role in the selection of metals that have mechanical and physical properties in accordance with production demands. Steel is a metal alloy composed of iron as the main element and carbon as a reinforcing element. Steel is an alloy consisting mostly of iron and 0.2% -2.1% carbon (Choudhuryet al., 2001). In addition, it also contains other elements such as sulfur (S), phosphorus (P), silicon ( Si), manganese (Mn), and so on. But these elements are only in small presentation. The general objective of this research is to obtain the strength of the material from the results of temperature changes obtained from the annealing process by quenching air media on AISI 1045 material with a diameter of 25 cm. From the test results, the energy value was obtained and from the impact test with the AISI 1045 Steel test material, namely: at a temperature of 250oC the energy value was 120 J, at a temperature of 350OC the energy value was 202 j, and at a temperature of 450oC the energy value was 190 j. From the test results, the voltage and from the tensile test with AISI 1045 Steel test material, namely: at a temperature of 250oC the stress value is 408.15 Mpa, at a temperature of 350OC the stress value is 391.57 Mpa, and at a temperature of 450oC the stress value is 349.97 Mpa. From the test results obtained the stress value and from the tensile test with AISI 1045 Steel test material, namely: at a temperature of 250oC the Modulus value is 9447.91 Mpa, at a temperature of 350OC the modulus value is 1628.82 Mpa, and at a temperature of 450oC the modulus value is 2335.38 Mpa.
