dc.description.abstract injection molding machine is made as an exercise in the training students in developing creativity in planning involving research analysis and development in the field of mechanical engineering in the achievement of qualified and professional human resources. Designing and designing the nozzle using AUTOCAD 2015 and simulates it using the software Ansys Workbench 18.1. The writing aims to determine deformations, steady-state thermal and equivalent stress as well as simulates it using Ansys Workbench 18.1 software. The Material used is a stainless steel 304 diameter of 58 mm and 65 mm in length. The maximum deformation value in the nozzle is 3.7438 mm and the minimum value is 0 mm and the temperature difference in the cylinder pipe is 190 °c and the temperature in the nozzle is 179.52 °c and the force on the equivalent Stress (Force Press) is 4.0855 E + 009 In general the magnitude of the deformation style, Temperature and equivalent stress (Force press) and maximum deflection are still under the permit voltage of the material, so it is still safe to use.
