In industrial developments, especially in the field of machining, metallurgical technology plays an important role in the selection of metals that have mechanical and physical properties in accordance with production demands. The wider the demand for metal production, the attitude of designers and metallurgists must be able to determine their choice of metals that have strength. This tool uses a lathe that functions as a manufacture and testing process for impact, tensile and torque. This tool uses a seated grinding machine that functions as a tool to scrape or cut the workpiece. This tool uses a cutting saw that functions as a cutting tool. This tool uses an impact test tool that functions as a test object. This tool uses a tensile test tool that functions to test the material to what extent the material is getting longer. This tool uses a furnace which functions as a material heater which aims to determine the level of hardness of an object. The energy absorbed against impact can be formulated by the equation E = m.g. (cos β – cos α).
