The Balai Pungut Electricity Center is the largest thermal power plant in Riau Province with a capacity of ±170 MW. Most of the electrical power generated from the PLTMG Wartsila 18V50DF engine is 7 engines with a total load capacity of 110 MW. The occurrence of engine stop/trip units in a power plant is something that is avoided because of the loss of electrical energy sources needed for community needs and results in many blackouts in various places. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine for sure the correct maintenance task that must be carried out on the Main gas admission valve component. Maintenance is a very important activity so that equipment and machines are always in good condition and ready to use. Maintenance is the activity of monitoring and maintaining factory facilities, equipment, and work facilities by designing, managing, handling, and inspecting work to ensure the function of the unit during operation time (uptime) and minimize downtime caused by damage or repair. . The results of the risk assessment show that the critical components that get the main priority with a high level of risk importance to pay attention to are the Main gas admission valve is often damaged, the gas admission valve filter is broken. The company is expected to record or access in full and all the damage that occurred to the Compact Gas Ramp component so that a program on reliability, maintenance schedules, component replacement, and inventory can be made correctly. | en_US |
