dc.description.abstract Screen printing is a printing technique used for printing in small quantities with the lowest production costs. Besides that, screen printing also has advantages in terms of objects that can be printed, for example: T-shirts, glasses, plastic objects, etc. However, screen printing also has disadvantages in terms of production speed, and also when compared to offset printing techniques, the quality of screen printing is still inferior, especially for separation prints. The use of machines in screen printing will greatly help in increasing work efficiency. This screen printing machine is a machine that functions to print on various cylindrical media such as cups, tumblers, bottles, glasses, you could say this plastic screen printing machine is very multifunctional. This machine is very suitable for beginners, ranging from printing businesses, home industries, ice blend entrepreneurs to home businesses who want free time without being tied down. From the results of the study it can be concluded that an automatic screen printing machine using an automatic system can speed up the screen printing process with an average time of 1 minute. The results of the analysis of the movement of the automatic screen printing machine can run according to the function of the machine and do not experience clasing between machine components. The results of the loading simulation analysis of the automatic screen printing machine show that there are no constructions that experience high critical loads that exceed the specified permit limitsen_US
