The idea of using 2 per spiral in the engine mounting of a Toyota Avanza type car engine and natural rubber was tested when the engine was rotating at 1000 Rpm by installing a vibration sensor in the position of the car chassis with the x-axis, y-axis and z-axis positions.
with an average amplitude (distortion) of 1.297459 mm, a vibration speed of -34.38497 m/s (negative sign indicates the direction of velocity) and an acceleration of -13750.7 m/s2. For the y-axis position, the average deviation is 1.693312 mm, the speed is -44.8757 mm/s and the acceleration is -17946 mm/s2. While for the sensor position with the z axis, the average deviation using the excel method is 1.94592 mm, speed -51.5703 mm/s and acceleration -20623.2 mm/s2. For engine speed of 1000 Rpm, the comparison results of the three deviations (amplitude) of vibration on the body frame is smaller in the x-axis and y-axis positions when compared to the z-axis position.
