Wheels are components that make the vehicle run and withstand the load of the rider, the wheels must remain in good condition when running, so it is necessary to test the cast wheel wheels to determine the strength of the wheels if they experience a collision. This research was conducted to determine the value of the strain-stress on cast wheel wheels against static loads. The wheel material used is aluminum alloy 6061. The results of the study have 5 specimens for the first specimen on the wheel having a tensile stress with a value of 4,73 Mpa strain with a value of 0,04 And the modulus of elasticity with a value of 118,25 Mpa the second specimen on the rim has a tensile stress with a value of 4,56 Mpa strain with a value of 0,03 And the modulus of elasticity with a value of 152 Mpa The third specimen on the wheel has a tensile stress with a value of 4,46 Mpa strain with a value of 0,02 And the modulus of elasticity with a value of 223 Mpa the fourth specimen on the rim has a tensile stress with a value of 4,42 Mpa strain with a value of 0,02 And the modulus of elasticity with a value of 223 Mpa The fifth specimen on the rim has a tensile stress with a value of 4,76 Mpa strain with a value of 0,02 And the modulus of elasticity with a value of 119 Mpa.
