Power outages that are too frequent with long outages and unstable electricity voltage, are the effects of reliability and poor quality electricity, which can be felt directly by customers. To improve service, it is necessary to maintain equipment at the plant, one of which is a 150 kV (step up) transformer maintenance. The transformer is an electrical device that is included in the classification of static electricity machines that function to deliver electrical power to consumers by interconnection using transmission and distribution networks from high voltage to low voltage and vice versa. The way to maintain the transformer includes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in an ON-Line or OFF-Line state. All maintenance is done to avoid undesirable things such as untimely damage to equipment, performance of transformers that do not meet standards or others. 150 kV transformer maintenance that is in accordance with the SOP causes efficiency to be good and can improve the quality of the transformer so that the continuity of electricity service to consumers is guaranteed. From the maintenance results there are some equipment that is maintained namely bushings, cooling fans, radiators, and silica gel.
