Indonesia is an agrarian country with fertile land and there are two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. But at this time there are often weather changes that are quite extreme and not easy to predict, so farmers are quite difficult to run regular methods of watering crops in their gardens. There are some plants that are sensitive to changes in soil moisture that cause plants not to grow properly even until they experience rot. Therefore, it requires technology and information-based agricultural tools that will be realized with the IoT (Internet of Things) system. IoT (Internet of Things) is a concept or program in which an object has the ability to transmit or transmit data over a network without the use of the help of computer and human devices. The IoT (Internet of Things) system designed this time is to use a nodemcu microcontroller as a data processor, and soil moisture sensors as soil moisture readers or inputs that are programmed and send measurement results through the Telegram application, so that farmers can monitor and control through Telegram, then relay as the output to turn on the water pump that serves as a sprinkler. With this tool the condition of the garden can be monitored at any time and dapat carried out regular watering . The test results run as expected, the water will be pumped as much as 4.7 liters when the pump is on for 1 minute, the water will be pumped as much as 9.4 liters when the pump is on for 2 minutes, and the water will be pumped as much as 14.2 liters when the pump is on for 3 minutes.
