dc.description.abstract It is undeniable that technology plays a very important role in people's lives today. The important role of technology not only has a positive impact but also a negative impact. The positive impact generated is the ease that we can feel in carrying out daily activities, one of which is by making digital payments whenever and wherever, the negative impact that can be obtained is the existence of crimes that can attack, be it cyberbullying, or cybercrime. Implementation of digital forensics using the NIST (National Institute of Standard and Technology) method with the stages of collection, examination, analysis, and reporting to help find digital evidence. Forensic tools used by Oxygen Forensic Detective and MOBILedit Forensic, were successful in finding evidence of exchanged messages, images, user information, payment transactions, product information, and images on deleted data. The success rate of the two forensic tools used is quite different, Oxygen Forensic Detective has a 91.7% success rate while MOBILedit Forensic has a lower success rate of 66.7% in finding digital evidence.
